Check out http://www.freedomconcepts.com/ for more information on the 20 Years 20 Bikes Giveaway contest.
Systems will be down!!
Starting Thursday afternoon our computer systems will be down so that all of our equipment can be moved to the new building. Everything should be back online Monday. In addition our phones will be off from Thursday night until approximately 10 am central time on Friday. If you’re having trouble getting through to anyone in our office please leave a message and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Moving day is getting closer!!!
Just a quick reminder to everyone that this week we’re packing up and moving our stuff over to the new building (pictured on the left). But don’t worry we’ll still be available via e-mail and phone because we’re in the old building until Friday January 29, 2010. We hope that everyone in the Winnipeg area, or those visiting the area will be able to stop by once we organize an open house in the next couple of months.

Christmas Fundraiser Update
Over the holiday season the staff here at Freedom Concepts raised some funds, with the amount collected going towards a Mobility Device and Chill-Out Chair for Shianne, a local Manitoba girl. We were able to raise enough for the Chill-Out Chair and we’ll continue to help the family reach their goal for the HSR 20.
If anyone wants to chip-in check out the registry page we started for Shianne, every little bit helps.

Message from a mother!!
My son Chace has been diagnosed with Dyskinetic Cerebral Palsy which is a mixture of muscle tone that is too tight or loose.
We heard about the chill out chair at the Cerebral Palsy Life without Limits Walk and we just searched online to purchase. We came upon the http://www.chill-outchair.com/ Web site by Freedom Concepts.
I thought the process was fairly easy and well laid out. I found it simple to choose and purchase the chair I wanted.
I am happy with the chair, and most importantly my son loves it. I would definitely recommend this product and site.
Great message from a customer!!!
My grandson who will be 3 on Jan 4th has Cerebral Palsy and has had it since birth. Even though he is not able to walk yet, he has one of your bikes that was funded through a program in WV birth to three program. I recently purchased a slower sprocket for his bike to enable him to pedal the bike because he didn’t have enough leg strength to completely make a revolution before. I changed out the sprocket and he rode the bike on 12/09/09. It was a joy to see him pedal the bike by himself and to see his parents (my daughter and son in law smiling with his progress). Our family believes that with the help of the bike to strengthen his legs and his gait trainer that he will walk. He really works hard at riding the bike and when we encourage him he gets a huge smile on his face. Thank God for companies like Freedom Concepts. And thanks for making a difference in a little boys life.
